Daniella Vale is a cinematographer, photographer, and international nomad. She believes in the power of the moving image to captivate and inspire.

Ms. Vale lived in Japan for four years, beginning with a year abroad from Temple University, from which she has a BFA in Film and Media Arts. During her time in Japan she explored the Toyko nightlife scene in her exhibitions ‘Once Known’ and ‘First Train’ shown in galleries in Shibuya, Tokyo. Upon completing her studies, she moved to Mumbai where she worked in the Bollywood film industry.

Now based out of New York, Daniella works as a director of photography, director and producer. Her work as a director and experimental filmmaker focuses on isolation, displacement and the feminine experience.
